The Calvin thread got me wondering, what is everyone's favorite comic strip?? most hated?? personally my favorites are Get Fuzzy, Close to home, and For better or for worse. The one i can't stand or see why anyone likes is Opus, aside from Clumpy's avatar that has to be the most pointless strip ever

Get Fuzzy, hands down (of the current crop). My GF and I crack up at that stuff all the time.

Opus comes from the old strip Bloom County, which was largely topical in its time, so I guess I can understand whay you don't identify with it. But if you pick up some of the BC books sometime, give them a chance.

I've never really gotten Get Fuzzy, but for a while there i always tried to read Pearls Before Swine and Liberty Meadows. Those were real good. Especially Pearls.

Do internet strips count? If so, Penny Arcade, hands down.

"Get Fuzzy" by far. Bucky's just too funny, especially when he's at war with the ferret next door!
