I have had several graphics cards over the years, everything from a original voodoo card to a ATI AIW x800xt, and with every card since my geforce 2 mx 32mb, I have had to run Futuremark (formally MadOnion) benchmarks on my cards. I haven't always had the best hardware, but I have done very well when compared to other similar systems/settings.

(All x800xt scores are completely non-o/c'd)

AIW x800xt (http://images.google.com/images?q=tbn:TeNfGKsP3dcJ:techreport.com/reviews/2005q2/agp-radeons/aiw-x800xt.jpg)2005 =3rd

Gainward Nvidia Geforce 3 Ti 200 (http://images.google.com/images?q=tbn:xERA8fbJXHkJ:http://www.3dchip.de/Grafikkartenmodds) (probably my favorite card of the bunch, my first semi-high end card)

(note some of the 2003, 2005 scores won't show up unless I make sure they are published, because I only seem to be able to publish one project at a time for those benchmarks, I selected the x800xt as the published video card for those benchmarks.)
