My school just cancelled the prom. To make it worse, I go to an all-boys catholic school. :yell:

Nothing against your religion, but this reminded me of what my girlfriend's dad said once, "Catholic school socially ******ed me by about 7 years."

Don't worry about it buddy, you should have plenty of chances to get laid over the summer and in college. That's really all a prom is good for anyway. It was just a fashion show for the girls.

I went to Belen Jesuit, which is an all guys Jesuit school. Most of the guys had girlfriends already from other schools, and other people simply asked girls out that goes to other schools, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how all guy schools have formals/proms.

They said because they don't want the school to be associated with all the after parties and other **** that goes on.

that's what my school did... they only helped with the year 12 formal... otherwise the students had to organise it. But being at an all boys school that'll probably never happen lol

Did pretty much the same thing to me. (And it was Belen Jesuit that I went to.)
