Well this could mean that Brett Farve will either Retire..cuz he wont sit around for rebuilding...too old...or he moves on to a team thats contending and needs him to start. Dont be surprised...if ol #4 ends up in Miami.

I doubt it too....doesnt fit what Saban is trying to do here...and Farve beating Marinos TD record as a Dolphin??? wow cant write that stuff any better....talk about your ironic situations....wow.

Favre still has all the tools physically to be a top drawer QB. Mentally he was out in left field all year. To see him change unis would be strange, but possible. A no nonsense coach and a fresh start might milk a couple of productive years out of ol' #4

Favre may still have a decent season or two left in the Locker but i dont think thats the direction Saban will look to.

I also cannot see Favre ending up here. I don't want another close to retirement veteran quarterback. Let's get a young QB via draft or free agency and hope he can be around 8 to 10 years ..

Haslett is pretty sure to get fired now as well..

There are about 7 coaching vacancies and counting.. The big question I have is, how are all these teams going to get their staffs in place in time for the draft? This offseason is going to be one for the books.

I don't think Favre would change teams, I think he'll retire. Alot of new coaching staffs will be in place, the team that has me wondering is the Bills. Tom Donahoe is going to be fired, but I don't know where that puts Mularkey.

Minnesota...Detroit..and now the Packers..along with Houston and KC will have new coaches next year......and maybe...Jets...Bills....Tennessee...that may help... we play all these teams next year...

NFL network just said St. Louis could be interested in talking to Scott Linehan for the HC job...Hope that doesn't happen he has done a good job with us the year.

This talk kinda reminds me when there was talk that Marino may play for Tampa Bay or Minnesota.

I think the chance of Favre coming to Miami is about 3% ..but if he wanted to.....Id sign him in a heart beat...not only that...we get Favre and we go all the way. Never gonna happen though....

At this point in time i think id rather stick with Gus then go and pick up Favre.

(ill probably get some heat for this)
