No more JJ disciples in Miami PLEASE. You tell Ricky that Norv is coming back and he'll be on a plane back to Australia or India or Timbuktu sooner than a bum on a ham sammich.

Norv probably won't be back in Miami, but Linehan in Oakland wouldn't surprise me at all. His offense is perfect for Al Davis and the talent on hand.

Predictable because we had Ricky, Randy and CC. After that we had nothing.

I wouldn't mind him as the OC he likes to run the ball and go long! He just really didn't get to go long as much when he was our OC because of Fiedler!

Not surprised at all, no excuse for going 4-12 with the offense they've had. Yeah, they've had some injuries on D and Randy Moss has been playing hurt most of the year, but huge disappointment. With their hard schedule, I thought they'd get maybe around 7 wins but 4-12 is just pathetic. I think the D is just as responsible as Norv Turner for their performance and I know he only got 2 years instead of the traditional 3, but I honestly don't think he deserved another year. I'm actually surprised Mike Mularkey kept his job (so far), I do however would have been really surprised if the Jets decided to fire Herm Edwards.

Herm is in KC negotiating with the Chiefs, and I heard on Sirius radio that a deal appears imminent. Jets will most likely get a draft pick in compensation as Herm is still under contract. Here's a link to ESPN regarding this-

Did anyone see Norv's tenure in Oakland ending any differently? I was surprised he was hired there. The high powered offense isnt that great, Moss didnt do that great and Collins is punchdrunk at this point in his career. He makes game killing mistakes. Anyone else see a offensive minded coach and maybe Aaron Brooks in Oakland?

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2280596 Yeah, I've been hearing that rumor of Herm going to KC for a couple months I believe, even before Dick Vermeil officially announced his retirement. I'm not saying it's not possible (very well could happen), but I guess I just won't believe until I see it. I'm not sure whom is going to be KC's coach... there is a wide a variety of coaches out there, but I do think that their Offensive Coordinator Al Saunder would be a realistic possibility.
