Not sure if its been posted but as of week 17 the draft looked pretty much like this:

Houston
New Orleans
Tennessee
New York Jets
Green Bay
Oakland
San Francisco
Buffalo
Detroit
Arizona
St. Louis
Cleveland
Baltimore
Philadelphia
Atlanta
Miami
Minnesota
Dallas
San Diego
Kansas City
New England
Denver (f/WAS)
Tampa Bay
Carolina
Chicago
Cincinnati
Pittsburgh
New York Giants
Jacksonville
Denver
Seattle
Indianapolis

Now all of the lower teams can obviously change, but i figured I'd calculate the change from last year (- means moved from top to bottom (got better) + means moved from bottom to to (Got worse))

Arizona -2
Atlanta +12
Baltimore -9
Buffalo -12
Carolina +10
Chicago -21
Cincinnati -9
Cleveland -9
Dallas -7
Denver -5
WAS -13
Detroit +1
Green Bay +20
Houston +13
Indianapolis -3
Jacksonville -8
Kansas City -5
Miami -14
Minnesota +1
New England +8
New Orleans +14
New York Giants -16
New York Jets +22
Oakland +1
Philadelphia +17
Pittsburgh +3
San Diego +9
San Francisco -7
Seattle -8
St. Louis +8
Tampa Bay -18
Tennessee +3

Clearly the bears have made the largest jump (down 21 spots in the draft) and the jets took the bigges dive (Up 21 spots in the draft) but moving down 14 spots for miami is not to shabby and something to be proud of.

Let me know if my numbers are right.... I was bores so i thought I'd do this all manually
