i was just woundering, what player do you like that isnt on the dolphins

i like chad johnson, i know he drops a lot of passes but he plays with heart and loves the game, hes fun to watch, can make a big play at any time, and he messes around w/o being negative, i think if chambers had his attitude, hed be the best reciever in the league

Steve Smith and Ricky Manning. Steve Smith because he dominates the opposition even when he is double teamed. And Ricky Manning because I know him and he's a good guy.

Troy Polamalu.

He is exactly the kind of player the Dolphins have been missing for awhile. A hard-hitting, ball-hawk safety.

With him in the secondary, Jason on the line and Zach in the middle... oh boy.

Other than quarterbacks he would be the guy I would most wish was a Dolphin.

Shaun Alexander, he's always up there amongst HBs, and is always striving for a goal. I'm a goal accomplisher myself.

Hmmm. I like Andre Johnson, David Carr, LT, Marvin Harrison, Ed Reed, and Mike Minter (hes one of my defensive beasts on Madden)

I like a lot more of the Texans as well. I would probably say the Texans are my second favorite team, and then the Titans.

Carson Palmer, also my favorite college player of all-time.

After that Clinton Portis, Fred Taylor, & Sean Taylor.

Gotta throw in Willis McGahee, Chad Johnson, Andre Johnson, Antrel Rolle, Jeremy Shockey, Shaun Springs, Patrick Surtain, Troy Vincent, & Warrick Dunn.

i like matt hasselback alot, he could have been great for a long time if his receivers learned how to catch earlier. and on the defensive side i have to say polomalu, for most of the reasons people have already said. PLUS he looks like he really enjoys the game, always smiling and stuff

Probably Pat Surtain, but if we are talking a guy that has never played for the Phins, then I would go with either Brian Dawkins, or LT. I think LT is the best, all around player, and have always liked Dawkins, since I like the DB position the most in football.

I couldn't believe the Colts didn't let him take that last FG attempt on Sunday.

Ed Reed, i would die to get him in a fins uniform, my other favorite would be Byron Lefthwich from his days at Marshall when he played with the broken ankle and had his lineman carry him to the line of scrimmage

You wouldn't like Steve Smith if you had to play him twice a year.

Palmer, Bettis, Roeslisberger, Favre (just don't come any closer to Dan's records) Trent Green, Tiki Barber, Culpepper. I don't have an actual favorite.

Right now, its got to be Carson Palmer. He can make everythrow and is the leader of a fun offense to watch. Plus I had him on my fantasy team this year and he lead me to the Super Bowl.

The only problem with him is their ugly uniforms

I have two.

Jake Delhomme and Joe Horn. Stupid Saints. Delhomme could have been their starting QB all this time.

Vince Wilfork...Went to high school with him. Off the field he's a big ol nice guy. It was real sad when both his parents died when he was in college.... But he hates the fins....

despite the hatred here lately, Peyton Manning is my favorite current non-Dolphin. I'm disappointed he again didn't come up with the win in the playoffs, but the man puts on a QB clinic out there.

As far as all-time non-Dolphins, I'd say maybe Joe Montana.
