Culpepper and the Vik's 2nd rounder to Arizona for the 10th overall and Wilson.

OK, guess I'll take your word for it. If this trade goes down, we can probably forget about Cutler.

That is not a sure thing...the Vikes could be doing this so they can make a play for Phil Rivers.

Possibly, but I thought San Diego wasn't trading him, for this season at least, due to Brees' injury. Although, if the Viking's offered the 10th pick overall, I think San Diego would be willing to risk it.

the chargers already paid rivers his money or something, and so if they keep him he wont be a liability towards the salary cap. So the chargers will do whats best for them and basically keep a free good backup QB for 1 year, while at the same time ruin his career. Its exactly like Darco Milicic<- who quite frankly isnt even that good.

Culpepper and the Vik's 2nd rounder to Arizona for the 10th overall and Wilson. Woah....I like Pep, but Arizonas 10th overall AND Adrian Wilson with a 2nd in return? Sounds like a really big gamble IMO. Denny must be his biggest fan.

That's a lopsided trade in favor of Arizona. Culpepper & a 2nd rounder for the 10th pick & Adrian Wilson.

I think the Vikings would go after Philip Rivers with their #17 pick, a trade that will continue to hold the Vikings back.

Interesting. I'd do this if I was Minnesota. This may have been proposed by Minnesota, but are Arizona even considering this?

I think we will see a Phillip Rivers holdout this year.

Daunte in Arizona? Interesting. I would definately do it if I was Arizona.

Because he'd like to play football?

If you told Dan Marino he could ride a bench for his career for five million a year... or be a starter for minimum wage... I have no doubt Marino would be eating Ramen and starting games.

I am sure Culp wants to play for Denny Green again.

No way....this would be such a steal for the vikings. Culpepper alone isn't even worth the #10 pick, let alone Wilson as well.

If he fails his physical and won't recover, you're right.

If he is going to be healthy you are completely wrong. He is a top five QB in the league and a legit MVP.

That's a lopsided trade in favor of Arizona. Culpepper & a 2nd rounder for the 10th pick & Adrian Wilson. Its fine to disagree, but its not a lopsided trade in favor of Arizona by any means. Adrian Wilson is easily worth the 2nd rounder, and its risky to dump a #10 overall on Pep after an injury of that magnitude. Just the way I see it.

Culpepper and that wide receiver group would be pretty damn tough to stop. If they could find a good runningback and learn to play defense they'd be great.

Well if they do that trade then they'll have to look into the FA pool for a RB. Obviously if they pay him handsomely Edge would come there.

Good deal for both teams IMO.

If the Cards wants Culpepper to do great there, then they will need to have one hell of a OL and a running game. They already have two great WR's there in Fitz and Boldin. I really think that the Viking would get a better end in the deal because they need a S and Wilson is one damn good one. They also know that they can start Brad Johnson, since he does win games there.
