My cousin played football for a few years on the jets back in the late 90's. After he played he started a fitness program just like this 1. It was like a nfl tempo type workout.

funny! I wish we had a TEAM full of Bernies though. That guy played his heart out every play, regardless of what position it was.

I totally live in DC and have an Abdul-Jabbar Jersey....this place is only like 10 mins from my house. I had no idea he was working around here...good stuff. I'm not going to be paying for his training class tho :)

I think someone their was a thread on "The Diesel" a couple weeks ago. If we're going with a list of mediocre Miami running backs, is Terry Kirby still in the league? Where is Lamar Smith, although he was pretty good for a year, and had an amazing game vs the Colts in the playoffs. Jimmy Johnson made some good draft picks for the franchise, but I don't know if he made any at running back, although he did try.
