nooooo, say it isn't so. You would ruin a fine cut like that by cooking it through? John, cmon....Bro I just never was a fan of pink meat like the rest of you guys. My mom was not the greatest cook growing up. I like it well, with some pink. When I get a chance to go to Blank Angus, boy I go to town, and the beers are ice cold.

My father worked two jobs in New York, and if the food wasn't good, he would say he was tired and fall a sleep on the couch, while we fell a sleep at the dinner table. We couldn't leave the table until our food was all gone. Peas when they are cold aren't the greatest.:(

I hardly can eat anything that they used to serve..Thanksgiving was the worst. we had to go to Queens where my Aunt lived, and used to just dred like no other eating brusell sprouts. I guess that's why I am such a picky eater. I was screwed up when I was younger.

t-bone or ribeye

salt and pepper only

preferrably seared on both sides on a super hot cast iron skillet..then marked on the grill for 2 mins on each side..

medium-rare

if im eating a filet or a sirloin..the rarer the better as long as the outside is seared..

oh and uh an ice cold mich light
