I'm in high school and planning on running track this year. I run the 400 :tantrum: and the 200. I was planning on getting back into shape doing some running starting this weekend thinking track season doesn't start for another month. However I just found out today that the actual meeys dont start for another month, but practice starts on Monday. Now I am in a jam, I know it's my fault for not staying in shape, which as a runner is something I should be doing year round. I guess I'm just looking for advice from any one with past experience in running track, what should I do? Today I ran 8 150 yard sprints. Any other advice?
