i have a great recipe for beer battered dolphin strips

dark dark beer....(like guiness or smithwicks's)
equal amount of flour as beer....(one cup beer, one cup flour.....get it??)
salt, pepper and galic salt to taste.....(i like lots of pepper)

fry until golden brown at a medium/medium high heat.......absolutley delicious

thats almost as good as my NYQUIL margurita recipe!

no kiddin'........................

IN YOUR BLENDER: add 1 can of frozen lime juice.

I/2 the lime juice can of fine tequilla [such as
sammy hagars cabo wabo]. or more if you like....

1/2 bottle/can of good beer [not dark beer].

1 BIG shot of NYQUIL [the standard blue stuff].

top off blender with crushed ice and whirl it
untill it is a slurpy/slushy consistancy.

or, you can mix it all up witout the ice and
poor over rocks in a glass.

DON'T FORGET TO SALT THE GLASS RIM!!!

pour into chilled, salt rimmed glasses and enjoy
your evening/morning!!

NOTE: this is entended as a novelty. don't try this
at home you kiddies under 21 yrs of age and!
