Actually.... if you're using a two-digit hour (which you need for the 01:02:03) the afternoon time would be recorded as 13:02:03....

anyone else have a hair I can split? :D

Is that right? I thought I read that this happens every 1000 years; or maybe that it will reoccur in 1000 years, I can't remember exactly.
