You and your wife are expecting a baby. The blessed day arrives! She goes into labor, and a few hours later delivers THIS! (http://www.kantipuronline.com/kolnews.php?&nid=69722)

Or possibly THIS! (http://www.mymultiplesclerosis.co.uk/misc/juliannawetmore.html)

Ho. Lee. ****.

Wow. You've gotta feel bad for the parents when something like that happens. Darn...that would suck.

Very sad, I am very thankful my daughter was healthy. Alot of children don't get that chance.

Oh, come on. I wasn't being serious. I know birth defects are a terrible thing.

Well, that was the most depressing thread I've read in ages.

I think the first is a hoax, the second is more believable. Either way, what do you do in such a case? You love them. No regrets. Give them the best response to such a harsh birth defect...love.

The second baby is treated much better. Her father is in the Navy and both parents have been by her side the whole time. The Navy is paying for everything, approximately $3,000,000 in medical costs as of the writing of the article.

I agree with the few that said the first one seems like a hoax.

I don't have kids but just be glad if you are a dad or mom and you have happy healthy kids. Not everyone is so lucky. :rolleyes2
