If you guys were forced to eat one food every day for the rest of your life what would you chose...you can't eat anything else but this every day.

Mine would be: Pancakes. :eating:

I admire you my man.
I know nutrition and I know what you eat is fantastic for you but I just can't do it. Can't give up meat or cheese.

I buy all organic fruits and veggies and sometimes I'll sub. a Boca Burger for a real one but more times than not I have to have the real thing.

No sweets...... ever?

Nah....actually I'm a practicing vegetarian....(not practising, practicing -- meaning I practice but I'm not all the way) :lol: . I do eat meat sometimes and I do have a weakness for some sweets...but just like once or twice a year. I eat meat every once in a while but it's normally straight organic fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, tofu. I get used to it and really don't ever crave meats....and when I do eat meat I never really feel satisfied and wish I didn't eat it. But I keep healthy.
