i wish the reporter said something witty like you see british reporters say something funny in those blooper shows (yes i watch them). i think the guy was trying to be professional, but all levels of professionalism get thrown out the window when a naked guy runs by you

I don't think the reporter realized the guy ran by naked....I think it messed him up because the streaker ran right throught the shot but, he wasn't ever really looking directly at the streaker and he had even turned his head away right before the streaker ran through the shot.....

I couldn't see his left hand but, that makes sense....the guy was out for a jog i bet.....you can tell he's carrying his clothes in his right hand....you can see a sleeve flapping from a LS shirt...and if he was jogging at night on a trail....he'd have had some sort of sound making device to warn people he was overtaking....and then he must have had the amazing ability, or amazingly good fortune to rip one on cue. :sidelol:

Honestly, give the reporter credit for not flinching. First thing you learn in journalism/TV/interviewing/announcing/anything of that sort is NEVER stop, NEVER acknowledge that anything went wrong. It's not as if he was doing a happy piece about a giraffe at a zoo and the giraffe took a crap on his hand. That would have been funny. But talking about brush fires, he did the right thing. Although you can tell he was disturbed by it by his eyes.

Yeah, I major in broadcast.

I've heard the same thing. But if I was in that situation, I would have made a witty comment.

You can't ignore that. It's not like anything else.
