I see posts about 'what you listening to right now'. What i want to know is, 'what are you eating now'. It could be at the moment, your favorite food, what you cook(or have your miss cook) during the game, or what you eat while tailgating.

To be a dweeb I'll go first:

Oven BBQ'ed Pork shoulder. With Eastern Carolina mop sauce(vinegar bbq sauce), homemade coleslaw, and cheap burger buns(dont know why but they work).

During the game i got to have my wings. Hot with blue cheese.

You know what I'm NOT eating? POI, lol. I've lived in Hawai'i for four years now and had been visitng every year for 5 years before that and I NEVER tried the stuff, until the other day. For anyone who doesn't know POI is a native Hawai'ian food and Hawai'ians LOVE it (like SPAM, lol). It is basically the consitancy of pudding and it's like a light purple color. It doesn't really have a taste but it's just....weird, lol. It's like eating non flavored pudding, it's just really odd suff.

Close, but I believe it is made from Tarot root, unless there are different kinds of Poi. Either way, it's very odd stuff. Like Roman said, it's basically like eating purple elmer's glue. Supposedly it tastes better with sugar in it, so I poured a packet in, but it did nothing but make it crunchy

Right, I looked it up and it's made with taro...but really taro, malanga and cassava are all very, very similar. In fact, malanga (which I grew up eating at home) and taro are interchangeable and nearly indistinguishable in the market. Cassava's a little different, cooking up a bit more translucent than the other two.

And I read about the sacred ritual of poi, where there can be no argument or angry words while the poi is on the table. It's kind of cool...what I can't understand for the life of me is why the heck can't they season the stuff!?

I grew up eating malanga and yuca (cassava) and we always ate them well-seasoned, because they have no flavor on their own. What self-depriving, puritanical urge could possibly make one want to eat the stuff unless it's seasoned with salt, olive oil/butter and garlic?
