I think Bush was their best bet.It would have releaved Carr from getting sacked 60 times in a season.

The team is rebuilding with a new coach. I don't think they had the luxury to just pick Bush even with all his hype. They have Davis and he is a good RB. They need alot of help on the D side of the ball to even think about being successful next year.

I thought they would try to trade down and get more picks and still get a quality guy at the top of the draft. I guess nothing that intersted them was offered.

Mario can play every down on D. He can be an impact player and we all know a good pass rush can cover up some flaws in your D. I think it is a good start. Their O is already pretty good exept the O-Line which they definately need to address.

I don't think Bush would have made that dramatic an impact in Houston. They still would have to block for him and he isn't gonna be an every down back. He was just a luxury that they could not afford in my opinion.
