I did better than I thought. Finishing 13th isn't that bad I guess. That was fun, thanks for putting it on.

I have a new strategy for all these. If I know a certain player will be taken in the draft, I make him go to many teams. For example all the late teams who wanted a CB, make them get Kelly Jennings...all the mid-late teams who wanted a linebacker, get Carpenter, all the mid-late teams who wanted a RB, get Williams.

12. Cleveland-Halotia Ngata-DT -Baltimore probably try and trade up .If this happen then Clev. will select K.Wimbley

Well I was right here^^^

22. San Francisco- Vernon Davis -TE-wow Davis would have been there pick is the the big OL had not falling

Davis when early to 49ers

18. Dallas-Jason Allen-DB- Lawson could be the pick here but Allen a better player

I had Allen going 18.

You need to be 100% correct for points. Team, player and selection #.

I guess I have a new rule. No double drafting. Once drafted the player cannot be selected by another team.

I got screwed right here.

12) Browns - Kamerion Wimbley, DE/LB

Another pyshical athlete that fits nicely in Romeo's 3-4 scheme.

13) Ravens – Haloti Ngata, DT

The Ravens lost (I'm not even gonna try to spell his name, and I'm to Lazy to look it up) at DT, and the Ravens are pleasantly suprised to see Ngata there for the taking.

and I should have stuck with the pick and not get fancy.

30) Eagles (trade w/Colts) – Nick Mangold, C

The Colts move out of the first round because they feel the best RB left on the board (Addai) isn't worth first round money so they (Colts) trade the Eagles 2nd round, and there 3rd round picks with the Packers #36 to grab Addai. If Addai gets taken before the #36 pick they grab Calhoun from Wis with the Eagles second round pick. The Eagles failed in getting Bentley so they trade up to take the best C in the draft.

also if I understood the scoring correctly, I ended up with 67 points not 39

1- Mario
2- Reggie
17- Cromartie
19- Greenway
28- Mercedes

not that it makes a difference in the first place, just making sure I understood the game correctly.

Cromartie went 19 and Greenway went 17. Mercedes went 28 so If I missed that you got 28pts. Ill look at your draft again.

typo on my part w/ 17 and 19...

Cool  I was almost certain on draft day I nailed that, so I had to double check the NFL website and my mock to make sure I got the Mercedes pick.

anyways, great job with running the mock contest, I look forward to participating in 07.

for the record, how many people (of the top of your head or even a guestimation) had the the 12 and 13 picks the same way I did, only having missed the points due to the trade?

Nobody got 12 and 13. Almost everyone had Balt- Ngata just not the correct spot because of the trade.

I did alright.. I got 10/11 right depending if you count Cutler at 11 to Rams.. I think me and TractorTraylor were the only ones who had Lienart dropping to 10 so props to us :D

RunRickyRun34's Mock Draft
1. Houston Texans – Mario Williams, DE, North Carolina St.
2. New Orleans Saints – Reggie Bush, RB, USC
3. Tennessee Titans – Vince Young, QB, Texas
4. New York Jets – D’Brickashaw Ferguson, OT, Virginia
5. Green Bay Packers – A.J. Hawk, LB, Ohio State
6. San Francisco 49ers – Vernon Davis, TE, Maryland
7. Oakland Raiders – Michael Huff, S, Texas
9. Detroit Lions – Ernie Sims, LB, Florida St.
10. Arizona Cardinals – Matt Leinart, QB, USC
11. St. Louis Rams (Team mistake) – Jay Cutler, QB, Vanderbilt
17. Minnesota Vikings – Chad Greenway, LB, Iowa

And Yeh.. these two picks messed me up as well...
12. Cleveland Browns – Kamerion Wimbley, DE/LB, Florida St.
13. Baltimore Ravens – Haloti Ngata, DT, Oregon

Thank you Amars for doing a great job and thanks to everyone else......This was a crazy draft, I didn't think I did that well at all, but the Carolina and Seattle pick really helped.....
