PAsta Con Ricotta and BAsil and Sundried tomatoes

PAsta PEnne with Rappini and Italian hot Sausage with lots of hot peppers

LAsagna with Ricotta Sausage Spinach

My Father's Homemade Sauce and Pasta (I have wonderful memories of him laying out the convertable sofa and drying the pasta on it)

Pizza (I love Neapolitan Pizza, and Pizza Margarita)

All this with a nice glass of Carlo Rossi Paisano or my newest jug wine fav Fortisimo)

When i was in Italy i couldnt get enough athentic pizza, just not the same anywhere else, although i am partial to a bit of seafood alfredo
