here it is, the latest beta for microsoft's newest OS, vista. from what i understand it's essentially a ripoff of apple's OSX. anyway, i'm downloading it now (3.3GB ) so it'll be interesting to see how it works, if it does, that is.

I can come up with a hundred reasons to download it:

1. You have entirely too much hard drive space... this could easily waste 3GB.

2. Your PC runs way toofast and you have too much ram.. You need to humble your pitiful super computer.

3. .... Ok, i'm out.

3. You want to laugh at Microsoft's crappy beta release.

4. You like reloading your computer.

5. It's your mission in life to come up with some of the first ways to insult this version of the OS.

That's enough for me. Sold. :shakeno:

6. You feel it imperative to continue the Microsoft monopoly on innovation.

7. You don't want Buffett to catch Gates.

8. You support the Chinese government's efforts to control the free flow of ideas, thoughts and speech.

9. It would be cool if maybe, just maybe, you might just get the "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown" error message for old times sake.

10. You'd like the updated Solitaire game.

11. You've just got to have the latest startup/shutdown sounds.
