Should i start a HEALTHY daunte culpepper against the steelers, or should i start a HEALTHY kurt warner against the 49ers

obviously the dillemma here is that DC starts if HEALTHY against a greatd D but kurt goes up against one of the worse in the lg. im planning on starting kurt even if daunte is healthy... :feedback:

Warner is the better choice
- He is going against a ****ty D
- Culpepper is against a good D
- CPep can be rusty his first game back

I agree... not to mention that Warner has a top notch set of WRs.
Warner > Culpepper in week one (at least til Pepper establishes himself)

Hard one to answer due to the die hard Dolphin lover in me, but I'd go with Kurt. He still had a great arm, and amazing WRs. Not to mention one of my favorite draft picks, Pope at TE... such a big target. DC will do good, but the steelers have a good D.... the niners might as well start some middle school girls on there D, yeah their that bad. Good Luck

Peyton. I have high expectations for Culpepper, but to get back after this kind of injury, and against Pittsburgh's def.. I don't feel confident that he'll rack up great numbers first game. Peyton is still a much safer choice week 1 imo

I'd be skeptical about Culpepper until he actually proves it with a good/big game or two :)

Warner is horrible, but not as horrible as that 49er defense. Plus Boldin + Fitz + Edge = money

Peyton or C Pep?def peyton. you should prolly trade cpepp since manning is the best qb u dont really need another good one. trade cpepp for some other positions your lacking.

may be horrible, but he fills the stat charts in fantasy

He should throw at least 3 tds week 1 agains the 49ers soft defense

yes that's true but he gets sacked at lot, and throws his share of picks too

just not vs the 9er secondary

i love having Qbs like Warner. I had Bulger last year... they're not drafted high but you know when healthy they're gunna put up better than average points with all the talent around them. Durability aside.. Warner is a good starter this year.

I wouldnt touch that with a 9 foot stick... Addai is an unproven rookie RB and will split time with D.Rhodes. Not to mention, the INdy D isnt that great.. they are just above pedestrian. Theyll get some sacks but not many INTS and give up a decent amount of points..

but i give up willis mcgaheeI dont know much about Addai and im prety sure hes not slated as the starter yet with rhoads still there, sooooo i would just stick with Mchahee for now. Unless Addai looks sick in preseason then we think about it but for now no.
