without meaning to do so, www.nfldraftcountdown.com (http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com) has joined the hype projecting the fins to go far in the playoffs this season. they recently produced a mock draft for next season which has the fins picking 28th with the steelers and patriots advancing(30 and 31st picks).

On another note not trying to look to far ahead, the site has this profile on who we might pick.

DE | Michigan | Scouting Report (http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/de/lamarrwoodley.html)http://www.finheaven.com/clear.gif At heart Nick Saban will always be a defensive guy and despite some major reshuffling of the deck there is still some work to do on that side of the ball in Miami. One area that needs to be addressed is linebacker, where the likes of Donnie Spragan and Sedrick Hodge just aren't starting material. Saban would like to add an attacking pass rusher to play with Zach Thomas and Channing Crowder so a defensive end / outside linebacker hybrid like LaMarr Woodley would be a great addition. A top recruit coming out of high school, Woodley has great size and athleticism and you can bet that Saban will be able to aptly utilize his versatility.

seems like the consensus position that we will be addressing next off season.

Let's hope that doesn't come true. I don't want them near Brady Quinn.

I'd be happy to see us go LB in the first round. But yeah, I'm sure Saban will want to go D first

Woodley would be a great pick.

And just do you guys know, the order isn't necesarily where he thinks the teams will end up, he more of projects where a player will go and puts a team in that range with them. He was Quinn as the best prospect, so he has Buffalo picking #1 overall, he sees Woodley has a late first rounder, so he put Miami in the late first.
