Sounds like more speculation than truth.

I wouldn't be surprised. He certaintly doesn't want to go into his 11th year and have a huge drop in success, like fellow New Yorker Curtis Martin had last season in his 11th season. At the same time, Tiki is a pretty strong guy and he keeps his body young, so I expect him to still have 2-3 big seasons.

The article said if the right opportunity came along he would retire AFTER this season not now.

he just had one of his best seasons....so i doubt he retires. He's prolly got 2-3 more years before it's time to hang it up.

If NBC had offered him a studio analyst job for "Football Night in America," he would have retired now.

Probably just another way to show his dislike for Coughlin.

He has 2 yrs left in him at least.

He is going to play at least 3 more seasons for the NYG and in his 3rd season you will start to see him decline.
