Well, hate it or love it... Nintendo makes high quality hardware. Regardless on how powerful Nintendo's hardware is or isn't, the thing can't be stopped. Look at this funny freakin video where these guys take a new Gamecube, drag it around in a car, then it still works fine. That ain't happening with a 360, Xbox, or PS2.

Good job Nintendo!

NOTE - I watched the video with no sound, so I have no idea what they say or if they use naughty language.

The thing isnt made of titanium but because of its symmetrical cube design its an absolute monster in durability. There was a bit done by Morgan Webb from G4 where she tested all of the systems, she was beating the hell out of the cube as well as dropping it off a pretty high distance. Needless to say the cube was the only survivor of them all.

I dropped my Gamecube down a flight of stairs while moving and thought that it was a miracle that it still worked. I now believe that dragging it behind a car and still having it work is truly an act of God.

Good vid, Mor.

Reminds me of the line from the Second "Juggernaut, *****!" videos.

Charles Xavier: See how this wheelchair wasn't even scratched? That's because it was pimped out, courtesy of... The Juggernaut! Thank you!

I remember hearing stories about the SNES as a kid. A friend of my sisters had his TV fall on it, jamming the game inside of the SNES. They were unable to remove the game, however the game still worked.

Bro, Nintendo makes awesome stuff.

I've got an old NES that has been with me for 5 years now and before then I bought it at an auction and the thing looks like it went through hell (hey, it was cheap) but it still works.

I've told my wife that the NES and its games are freakin' Nuclear. In other words, they could be in the middle of a nuclear war and when the dust clears...the games and the system would STILL WORK.

Though you'd have to blow into the cartridge to get it to work.

EDIT: BTW, I cant speak for the one I had back in the 80's as I sold that sucker in the early 90's but I am sure no matter where it is...it would still work.

Man I am a huge Nintendo fan but some of those guys went way too far. On a side note, you really could have sold your old DS for money towards games.
