What’s your favorite music video ever made?

Mine is Star Guitar, of the Chemical Brothers, that video is awesome! in case you haven’t seen it here it is:

Notice that every sound from the track is illustrated by an element of the landscape that appears each time that sound is heard.

It’s a similar concept of Daft Punk- Around the world (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e56vQ0kmaYg), but instead of using a dancer for each sound, they use the scenery

Wow, good question...there have been so many of them. I would say either Michael Jackson's Billy Jean video (before Michael got weird)...it came out when I was in high school. Madonna also had some good vids early on. I also loved Van Halen's videos (Hot For Teacher, and Panama). I just can't pick one. I pretty much stopped watching music videos around 1990, when music started to suck and too much rap crap came out. :shakeno:

I loved Pearl Jam's Do the Evolution... Loved Korn's Freak on a leash (though I hated the song) and I really really love Eels's Last Stop:This Town

i loved Van Halen's "Dreams," with all the footage of the Blue Angels flying, back in the day... great video, perfect for the song.

dont watch enough videos these days to give an opinion on anything newer, although one that i really like is for the Toby Kieth song "Who's your daddy?" if you've seen it, you'll understand.

Something about NWA - Straight Out Of Compton always had me into the video. Maybe because, they were the first rappers ever to make a "real" music video as a representation of their area & lifestyle.....

But yeah, before MJ got wierd, his videos was awesome, especially Thriller.

two of my favorite music vids are:

Dimmu Borgir - 'Progenies Of The Great Apocalypse'

Satyricon - 'Mother North'

sorry, can't post either due to nudity, and the censored versions just piss me off... they do have the unedited versions on YouTube however...
