Troy Smith #4? He's good, but not sure if he's THAT good.

I like how they had Chris Leak listed as Florida's best player in the Team Reviews, yet they have Marcus Thomas and Brandon Siler listed ahead of him on the Best Players list.

1. RB Adrian Peterson, Jr. Oklahoma
The best player in college football and the likely number one pick in the draft if/when he decides to come out next season, the franchise back has to stay healthy for a full season.

I thought Quinn would be drafted first.

Guess it all depends who has the pick and what their needs are, or who's willing to trade up for the #1.

IMO Peterson needs a good year to be considered top dog in college football. He's a good player no doubt and I know Oklahoma had a down year last year but at this point he's had one great year, thats it. He needs to return to his freshman form. Of course the same could be said for Quinn or most those guys on the list.

I much rather have Peterson over anyone else in next years draft. However its all about team need. I can't believe how much ppl are going crazy over Sidney Rice. I mean he is good, but at 14 ahead of Calvin Johnson? Ummm No

8 Gators is great, but for Earl Everett not to make that list is an insult.

Troy Smith #4? He's good, but not sure if he's THAT good. This type of rankings are too subjective!!, but it's true that TS will be one of the greatest players this season, i think.

:rolleyes2 I'm not "hating" on Troy, but to say he's the 4th best player in the nation is a stretch IMO. He wasn't even the clear cut starter going into last season at OSU.

It's because of his athletic ability. He can beat you with the pass or with the run. The Gators will find this out soon enough

Not real sure how thats gonna happen, but I'd love to see it if it did. The Gators Defense is very fast, I think they'd match up well against Mr. Smith. That would be a great game.

Hmmm in the USA today paper a week ago had OSU playing the Gators, not in a bowl game but in the regular season.... Sigh again my info was wrong. I would love to watch OSU play any Florida team.

 They are not playing in the regular season and if they did I would honestly have to say that would be one of the hardest schedules in the history of college football.
