The Mor just acquired Okami, a new action adventure game for the PS2 by Capcom. First I have to say, reviewers are going nuts over this game. I understand why, I'm 1:15 into the game and totally hooked. Look what IGN said:

Gamers everywhere have been waiting for this game with bated breath as it has long promised to be entirely original, wholly beautiful and quite possibly the PS2's answer to Zelda.

Those are some powerful words. Anyone else playin it? I'll write a review after I play it through.

What, the paint brush?

Yea. I thought it was a Wii exlusive. To tie in the remote and gameplay.

It's definitely for the PS2... And very good too.

It's a PS2 exclusive. Just because you use a brush in the game, doesn't mean it's a Wii exclusive. If that's the case, the Wii has the virtual toothbrush gaming market covered hands down.

mor can you give a quck review of this game? I'm really looking into it and thinking about picking it up If you like actiuon adventure games, pick it up. It puts Fable and Wind Waker to shame. This game is phenomenal. I haven't finished it yet, but that's only because the new basketball games are out and I have to pick one

Excellent game, and is value priced at $40 brand new. I love it. 2 big cons (for me anyway) is that it neither supports progressive scan nor wide screen. It's 2006 Capcom, get with the program. :fire:

It's easily a 40 hour adventure, and well worth the money.
