He is the best quarterback in college football, unbelievable arm, quick, and one more thing......hes not daunte culpepper. Losing has its advantages.

I hope the Dolphins don't draft Troy Smith given that it looks as if we will have a really early pick. I am not convinced Smith isn't much more than a great college QB whose skills will not translate as well to the NFL.

Troy would suck in the nfl.

the first round pick better go to an o-line man. I can't beleve we passed up Winston Justice in this year's draft.

How tall is he? On the field he looks very short.

We need either an elite left tackle or a true shutdown corner. Either one would immensely help us and are our two most glaring needs.

If we spend our 1st pick on anything other than o-line(my 1st choice) or defense, I'll strangle somebody.

Why would Troy Smith suck in the NFL? See you need to back up what your saying.

whats he gonna do? you are not as sharp as many others are. kinda like a dull butter knife your logic is... oh yea, we need a line, not a quarterback!

I would love to be informed as to how you think the loss today was DC's fault and not the olines.

I would like to have seen hagan playing more than booker... it seems that booker can't catch or stay on his feet all of a sudden. get the man some cleats or something.

we need to be cautious of selecting Oline through the draft too though, a lot of oline drafted end up busts too. we may be better off going after some through trades or FA in the offseason.

I thought Daunte did just fine today.

It should also be pointed out that for some reason we ran ronnie 12 rushes today. Can't figure that one out either. I don't know about Mularkey's playcalling.

Say what you will about Troy, you've got to love the way he came in yesterday and silenced that crowd. And that was after putting up a big game in Austin weeks before. That being said, I think he will have some trouble in the NFL because of his size and touch. He does have a gun and decent accuracy, but his touch isn't worthy of a top QB. He needs less rope, more arc.
