You don't think he's a top ten pick? Broken collarbone aside, the guy is absolutely amazing and we're going to see it again at the Combine.
Then at the draft.
Then in the league.

i don't see why he would participate in the combine at all.

patrick willis #29? i guess the position makes it less valuable but that guy should be between 15-20

I love Irons a lot, but even I would put Lynch ahead of him, even if only by one spot. (I'd put him more than one spot ahead, I'm just saying being behind Irons is nearly unjustified.)

Only reason I could see, is because the Pac-10 plays so poor defense(at least that is the perception).

I wouldn't mind us grabbing Gaines Adams though. His combine is probably going to solidify his spot as a top 3 or 4 pick. JT is getting old and Roth hasn't shown me anything. I actually agree with Lynch being so low. He is a great scat back, but I don't think he's big and bruising enough to be an every down back in the NFL.

I'm suprised he is the only safety on that list . . . Merriweather with his versatility should have been on that list as well.

Nah, his stock dropped a lot after that stomp. Most people thinks he's mid-late round 2 at this point I think.

Well if that is true, he would be an absolute steal that late. I know he is a FS, but man would be a true value pick . . . he really hasn't had any off the field problems.

But really if he can put up the kind of combine I think he can, he will vault right back as a mid first rounder again.

If we could get merriweather in the 2nd round that would be a really good pick and a value pick. Then we grab CJ or JT with our first and thats already a very good draft

I think Gaines Adams is going to be special!!!! This guy has the size needed to play in Saban's defense. I think Saban gets his rocks off with the defense and Adams could be one major piece of the puzzle. JT and Adams playing D.E. with their hands down and then standing up as OLBs. I think Zach stays but who knows???

Appearently as long as you quarterback the #1 team in the country, you should be the #1 prospect and a first round pick, regardless of how you measure up against most NFL starters.

Umm, from the draft slots we are allotted when the season ends. We are only without a 6th round pick in the next draft currently.

As a Dolphan living in Madison I have seen Joe Thomas either live at Camp Randall or on TV every week this year. He is the MAN. If/when Miami gets the #1 pick there should be no doubt they take JT. The Dolphins problems on offense are all on that pathetic line. They should only draft linemen and DB's next year.

I don't know why everyone wants these low character guys. This team is full of them and look where it has gotten us. People where hoping to get Brooks in the supplemental draft and he get's taken by the Bengals whom are slowly becoming a laughing stock of poor character and equally poor defense. With Ricky (drugs), McMichael (wife beater); Vick (see arrest, and leg stombing alla Merriweather), and Traylor (arrested) it's time to clean up our act.

Let's get some guys with some heart and football talent. Character means something in this game. Our team falls very short of this when you get passed Zach, Jason, and maybe 3 or 4 other guys

I think there would be at least 46 players on our active roster who would be very offended by someone accusing them of lacking heart or character.

He'll be taken in the 3rd round. His character issues are just to risky for teams to take him in the first or second. (not that he even deserves to be a 1st)

i want a RB who gets 74 yards on 12 carries in a game and that's considered being "shut down."

We must get Joe Thomas. I'm ready to give Culpepper the benefit of the doubt. If he has more time to throw, he is a lot better and doesn't have to run around as much.

Culppeper + Good Blocking > Rookie/2nd year high pedigree QB + Ragtag bunch of Olineman.
