I agree nolefin, I choked up THIS time too...into fav's it went, thanks. I've never sang the Anthem that I didn't choke up some... very powerful song to me.

she definatly did it better than anyone else. That was right after Deasert Storm too.

There's actually been some talk about changing the National Anthem because of it's difficulty in singing it well. I would argue that the difficulty is overcome by it's beauty. This example is evidence of that.

Her version is probably the best recorded in modern times. I believe it even made it on the Billboard's top 100 shortly after this Superbowl.

The national anthem gives me chills when I hear it. The song means alot. Whitney's performamnce of it was powerful.

what dont you get? its the national anthem sang during a time of war by the best person to ever sing the national anthem, i guess for some people it means nothing when they here it.

no, he said he did not get it, and i cant understand why not, its a simple video of someone singing the national anthem, whats there not to get? does he not get why i like the song? or does he not get why i posted it?

i like that one also, and as far as your whitney comment i will consider that a joke and i dont even like her music
