Denise Richards (http://www.starpulse.com/Actresses/Richards,_Denise/) accidentally injured a retiree on Wednesday after throwing two photographers' laptops off a hotel balcony in Canada. The star is currently filming "Blonde And Blonder" with Pamela Anderson (http://www.starpulse.com/Actresses/Anderson,_Pamela/) in Vancouver, British Columbia, and was reportedly annoyed to find two unauthorized paparazzi on set at the River Rock Casino Resort.

Corporal Peter Thiessen, a media relations officer for the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police, said Richards snatched the photographers' laptops off them and threw the equipment off the balcony, which "struck an 80-year-old woman in a wheelchair. It struck her in the arm". However, the senior citizen (http://www.srch-results.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=77&k=senior%20citizen) "was not interested in pursuing criminal charges and suffered only minor injuries."

It refreshing to hear somebody NOT suing somebody for nothing.

If this was NY, LA, MIA, etc....she'd be consulting an attorney. You ain't so bad after all, Canada. ;)
