What if Jake plays well today? I know, unlikely, but still.

You could've said "and his Merry men" :lol:

BTW, isn't he suspended at the mo?

I read the Denver Post and other Colorado newspapers every day, and they have been wanting Cutler to start for the last few weeks.

I don't know how smart it is to turn to a rookie in the midst of a playoff race. Look at Denver's remaining schedule.

Seattle
@San Diego
@Arizona
Cincinnati
San Fransisco

Seattle will have Hasslebeck and Alexander back, they aren't beating San Diego, Cincinnati is tough and San Fransisco isn't a roll over.

Is there any way the Broncos go from being 7-2 to losing 6 of their last 7 to finish 8-8? Dang, they just might finish 9-7 and miss out on it all. My how far they have fallen.

you know we either need the Cheifs or the Broncos to pretty much lose evry week if we want to get a playoff spot. B/ right now there both in control. even though i thik Denver will start to fall w/ or w/o plummer

I think Cutler will be a good QB. I have never been a fan of Jake the Snake. We all knew this was going to happen soon. Pony fans have been calling for Cutler for weeks

I love this move. Cutler could struggle which will screw the Broncos and MAYBE move them backwards in the playoff chase...

Id rather The Broncos win and KC start to lose than the other way around since we hold the tiebreak with KC

So if they lose every game from here on thats fine but I hope KC does to

That's a pretty tough schedule for the Broncos. They better not underestimate those 49ers in Week 17.

It worked for Dallas. That was earlier in the year, but they still had a winning record when they made the switch I believe

True, but Romo wasn't a rookie . . .and it was earlier in the season . . December signifies playoffs . . thats alot to put on a team that is what? 7-4 . . I mean it may work, but it really is chancy . . but with Shanahan . . he loves to take chances . . so it wouldn't suprise me, would be unexpected tho.

If Jake Plummer is going to play like a rookie, might as well actually put a rookie in there that could get better each week.
