I would like to DE/OLB, but that would still be a good pick.

6'9" and 350 lbs.? 36" vertical leap? No sacks allowed as a freshman left tackle? If he's our pick, I'm going to <soil> myself.

I would be thrilled. It would be wonderful to really nail down that left tackle position this offseason

I don't know anything about that guy but I don't see Troy Smith falling to the second round. I would also like to see us go after Jeremy Ito from Rutgers (Kicker) in the later rounds, that guy is great.

Gaither (Maryland) is only a Soph, but could declare (3 years removed from HS grad class). Think he is still raw and not as polished compared to other Jr. and Sr. OL coming out (Baker, etc) but no doubt a beast that will learn and continue to grow.

I just don't like that pick and I'm not sure why. I think we have to go for playmakers, but thats just my opinion.

I also like Frank Okam, DT, Texas. It would give us a powerful defensive tackle. Though I would like to have Vonnie Holliday and Keith Traylor back for next season, the money might not be there.

i think we need to draft Dwayne Jarrett or Paul Pozluzny in the 1st round cause we have proven that we dont have a pure bred #1 receiver on our team. They have been grooming Jarrett at USC as a #1 receiver for a couple years. If he isn't available then we take Pozluzny to help sure up our defense, Spragan has proven he doesnt understand the zone concept of our defense (first game vs. Pittsburgh -- Heath Miller was his guy on that 80+ yard catch and run). If Michael Bush comes out and somehow makes it through the 1st round, i think we take him in the 2nd. There are reports that Ricky won't be back next year because he likes the CFL and we have proven we dont have a #2 rusher behind Ronnie Brown. Drafting Bush would also help Brown turn into more of a power back then use Bush as a change of pace.

I believe we'll use Wilkinson and Rod Wright as our DTs. If im not mistaken Wilkinson would be one of our starters now but he's been in legal trouble and Rod Wright has been injured. We could also probably move Kevin Carter inside to DT.. i believe he played there for Tennessee his last couple of years and put Roth in to develope more.
