Does anyone know of a good GIF tutorial. I want to know how to make an animated GIF from scratch. I mean, how do I clip a part of a video I have on my computer and save that clip and turn it into a GIF?
Can I clip stuff from a Video TS file?

Any and ALL help will be appreciated. :D

I know that I saw this very thing somewhere in the recent past, I'll try to find it for you. You might also want to ask a mod to move this to the Graphics forum because a few of those people would probably know the answer.

Give me a few minutes to check........

If you have photoshop this tut should help.

Here is a program that would work, I'm not sure if it has a free trial or not.

Hope that helps, I'll keep my eye out for more.
