That's good to hear that he's improving. I still have to wonder how well he'll do at the combine though if he's not fully healed until March and would have been out of full speed and weight training for that amount of time.

Here's to hoping Bush and Brohm = 07 Nat'l Championship!

That's why I think he may actually come back. His leg will be healed, but he won't be in peak physical condition for the combine. I seriously doubt Brohm will come out early. U of L will seriously challenge for the national championship if they both come back. Assuming both of them come back, the offense loses the starting right guard and starting right tackle along with Kolby Smith. The defense only loses like 3 maybe 4 players but they might be getting a couple of 5 star recruits to replace them. The offense will be scary next year. Plus they have a verbal from a 4 star 6'8" WR! Man, what do defense do in the red zone? Cover Urrutia or the freshman? Pick your poison.

Do you think Kolby Smith has a future in the NFL?

I see him picked on the second day sometime. Someone will take a shot on him because he'll make a good backup RB in the NFL.

Also, ESPN's sideline reporter during the game said Brohm said that he will "probably" be back next year. If they win the Orange Bowl and he throws for another 3 or 4 TDs in that game. U of L will be ranked in the top 5 and he will be the front runner for the Heisman next year.
