I know everybody's will be a different choice, but what's your all time favorite? Any game, any decade. I gotta go with the original Star Wars arcade game.

Last I heard was they were making a album and it sounded like Limp Biskit type of music   I can imagine how that would be  The news just seemed to have faded off the face of the earth now though..eeringly quiet :(

One of those few 80's sci-fi movies I've never seen. Think it has Jeff Bridges in it right? Supposed to have top quality special effects for its time.

NFL Fever 2001 for the X-Box. That game is unbelievable! I played it in a mall when I was in Iowa on vacation. My plan is to purchase the X-Box for the purpose of being able to have that game. It is the most realistic football game that I've ever played in my entire life! I highly recommend it.:D

I played the demo at my work...the graphics sucked to me...The players look more realistic in Madden I think....

All my friends who have XBox think Fever is great, so I went to my friends house and played it and I murdered him. I was the Dolphins and he was the Bucs. I dropped 59 points on him with 3 minute quarters, and that was a good defense. The game was too easy but the graphics were good. I have Madden 2002 and it is awesome, better than Fever and I think it is more realistic.

Bah! You and your newfangled technology! Tecmo Super Bowl was #1 and always will be #1. I can't think of any sports game that is still so solid even a decade later. Also on 8-bit graphics mind you!

LOL I loved using Miami and having Dan go back in the endzone and just bomb 100 yard passes play after play :p ;)

I totally agree. I was the Tecmo Super Bowl QUEEN back in the day. Marino had 10,000 yards. I used to play that game every day. It was so addicting. Anyone up for a game? I still have my 8-bit Nintendo :D

My Nintendo died, but the miracle of emulation makes it possible to enjoy these games on your computer! By the way, I have about 1600 NES and SNES games on CD. :p And miadphan, you may be the queen of TSB, but I am a GOD. I hand out asskickings :fire: like a prostitute hands out you know what!

Best game ever made was Zelda: Ocarina of time

But

The game that changed the way we look at games now was Mario 64. It was the first of it's kind, revolutionary, brilliant, and awesome!

Goldeneye, GTA3 and Zelda: Ocarina of time for N64 are the top three best games IMO.

oh man, how can I forget Goldeneye!

That is still one of the funest games to play, especially with 4 people.

multiplayer was great on it. I kind of regret selling my N64 but hopefully they will re-release it. Nightfire is pretty good though for the PS2 but it's no GE.

Super Mario Bros. 3 (just waiting until it comes out on the GBA)
Super Mario RPG
Metroid Prime

And, going waaaaaaaaaaay old school, Adventure on the Atari 2600.

I'm kind of mixing and matching a little of everyone's here. My favorite games (on different systems) are NHL '96 on Sega Genesis (that game rocked, I still remember when I was like 9 years old begging to goto my friend's house to beat him in that game, it's the best hockey game ever made), Goldeneye on N64, and Grand Theft Auto III on PS2. You can't beat those. From what I've heard so far, I think Madden 2004 will join GTA3 on that PS2 list. I'm hearing great great things for the future of the Madden series. I can't wait until August!

GTA3 and GTA Vice City are the two best games ever. GTA Vice City was in a better city and had better surroundings but GTA3 was really good too. Both have really fun missions.

There are 3 that come to mind for me.

1. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time- This game was superior to any other game on N64 graphics-wise, gameplay-wise, and entertainment-wise.

2. Final Fantasy 3 - If you like role-playing games, this is the best of the early ones. There once was a golden age of RPGs on the Super Nintendo, and this game started it.

3. Final Fantasy X - Best looking game on the PS2. Epic story. Superior gameplay/graphics. Over 60 hours of gameplay. I made the mistake of playing this game before any other one on PS2. No game even matches this one, and that disappoints me.......

Bionic Commando was for sure one of the best games ever! I still play it every now and then on my NES!

But the best game has to be Goldeneye...awesome single player and even better multiplayer...it was the only reason I bought a N64.

Outside of the Madden games, I'd have to go with Super Mario Bros.
I never did get to the end of that game though.

I read in EGM a month or two ago that they are making a remake to Bionic Commando for the PS2. I hope it is true

Apparently, no one has played "Halo" on X-Box or "Medal Of Honor" on PC.

Storming the beach at Normandy on MOH was the single most intense videogame experience I've ever had, and Halo's graphics and gameplay are breathtaking. No other games even come close.....

Check this out: Online NES Emulator (http://web.utanet.at/nkehrer/ONE_Play.html)

Play some of your favourites online like Contra, Metroid and yes, TECMO SUPER BOWL! Fun way to pass the time when you're bored out of your skull at work (like me!)

I have played both games but for some reason I am not a big first person view fan. For some reason I have never liked them that much.

True....I guess it goes by preference. I dig 'em, so that influences my decision. Then again....ask me again in August when Madden '04 comes out. :D
