I just wanted to get some feedback on this new concept

I have been making some standard 24x400 team banners for about a year now and I enjoy making them but when I get a request for a player banner I have difficulty in fitting a recognizable picture of a player in such as small space.

So I came up with this player profile tile idea.

They are sized 100x100 so you could fit 4 in a row and if you have three rows it would fit in the 400x300 size limitation.

The ones I am displaying are favorite players on an individual team but individual tiles could be mixed and matched in mixed row or could be used as individual tiles. They could even be placed in a semi-circle or tilted.

The idea is not to fill the assigned signature space with tiles as I have done here but to mix them with team banners or sigs.

BTW the ones I am displaying are working concept copies and need to be polished as far as colors and photo quality. For Gator fans I know I misidentified Everrett for Reggie Nelson  .I also can make round ones that dont look square but look like portholes in the web page. Will make some samples later .

If there is any acceptance I may consider offering them in my shop at the Mall along with my banners if I decide to do that.Warpedo is going to force me charge for them but they will be inexpesive..........after second thought after Warpedo gets his cut maybe not so much :D

I like em a lot, but the clarity is kind of low. How big was the initial file for you to lose that much quality?

The picture quality is low because I was only using what I had in jpeg to fill in the space.I will make the effort to make to make higher quality ones once I start offering the tiles for real. Its the concept that I would like to establish first.

I would prefer for the customer to supply the pics.
