It has been -30 with the wind chill for over a week and the 5 day forecast says the same thing. It is freezing up here

On Monday I had to walk outsie for part of my shift and with wearing

1.underwear
2. long underwear
3. my pants
4. a long jacket

I think I froze my _____ off. Can you say shrinkage

There is no wear to plug in my truck (Yes when it is this cold we plug in our vehicles up here) so I have to walk and start it every 3 hours

The good news is that I just booked a trip for the family to Punta Cana

The bad news is that it is 14 days away

It was in Florida where we had one of the warmest winters in our history.

I live in Rhode Island and the tempertures aren't as brutal as that but last Friday with the wind chill it was -10 to -20 below and the upcoming week tempertures aren't expected to reach the 20 degree mark with lows around 0.

Here in DC we have had the warmest December and first half of January on record... However, we have had 7 days in the last part of January that have been 32 degress or below so far. The next week's forecast has us below freezing. We are now hitting below average lows for this area. Our normal/average is 42 and wee will not break 30 for the next week... That is COLD for this area!

We have beaches. We have 2 of the biggest lakes. Lake Winnipeg and Manitoba we just don't have enough of that weather.

In 73 years I'll fly you up for the party:lol:

I'm just waiting for FL to break off and become it's own little island. Hopefully the ****ing tourists will stay away then.
