I don't know if Anderson can be DE in a 3-4.

No way McCauley should be a top 3 corner, maybe not even Hall.

And you wouldn't rank Puz inside above Buster Davis?

1. Yes he can

2. This is a weak CB class.

3. Nope.

So you're saying you think Buster Davis is better at MLB than Poz? Or you think he'll translate better to LB in the NFL?

And it's not that weak of a corner class. Houston should be ahead of McCauley though(My opinion).

Poz is a natural outside linebacker in a 4-3 scheme. He gets lost in trash a lot and wouldn't fit as well as an inside 'backer in a 3-4 as Buster Davis would.

Now, if I made my all 4-3 team, Poz would be one of my outside linebackers and Buster Davis would be left off.

I'm just a huge fan of the 3-4.

Fair enough.

I was just asking because he played MLB this past season and still won Defensive player of the year.

I understand your wanting to see him on there with you being a Penn St. fan.

And you know what? With me being an LSU freak, someone could change the QB to Brady Quinn and I would have no problem with it. It's debatable at this point.

what round are Ben Grubbs and Adam Carriker projected to go in??

Carriker is a 1st round lock. At this point, he'll probably go in the 12-17 range.

Grubbs is a solid 2nd-round prospect.

That, and i don't think too highly of Buster Davis.

Adam Carriker cannot play OLB. He's the essential DE in a 3-4. He'd probably be a DT in a 4-3.

Yeah. Other than that DD, looks pretty good.

That was the toughest thing for me.

However, Carriker does have athleticism and can drop back some. He's real versitile and can play several positions.

Plus, he's too good to leave off the team.

so do u all think it would be WISER to select Ben Grubbs (a Guard), over Ryan Kalil (a Center). i mean we have McKinney, Hadnot, and apparently Jacox can play Center too...we just need to fill a LG position. so it seems Grubbs would be a better pick??? now imagine if we selected Levi Brown in the 1st, Ben Grubbs in the 2nd, and then Dan Mozes later on...im sure within years that'd turn into a top-notch O-line.

While I think Ryan Kalil may end up being the better player in the long run, he's a zone-scheme type of center. He'd fit right in with the Denvers and Atlantas of the world.

We are not that type of blocking team.

Grubbs would be a great pick in the 2nd round for us.

Yeah, I'd rather have Quinn, but good job on the rest of the list though.

He's almost 300 pounds, try Jarvis Moss instead.

Dude gaines is a DE, and your forgetting the top OLB in the draft, a kid named Lawrence Timmons.

Dude, out of any player in the draft, Gaines Adams would make the best outside linebacker in a 3-4 system.

I dont know man, Timmons is bad ***......

But that depends on the system, if your talking about us, i dont think we need to go that route right now.......our defense is still ok, we really need to address our weakness.

He is. And just like I told the guy earlier who mentioned Paul Pozlusny (sp), if I made my defense a 4-3 defense, I would have included Timmons.

Im not sold on poluszny yet, i think that timmons is the best OLB. What makes you think that gaines is better than timmons at this point?

DId you guys see that Dillon is retiring?
