Michael C. Wright, of the Florida Times-Union, reports Jacksonville Jaguars (http://www.kffl.com/team/20/nfl) restricted free agent QB Quinn Gray (http://www.kffl.com/player/7169/nfl) says he expects to be tendered an offer by the team but will not sign any offer, as he would like to move elsewhere after QB Byron Leftwich (http://www.kffl.com/player/5891/nfl) was declared the team's starting quarterback for 2007 by head coach Jack Del Rio (http://www.kffl.com/player/7270/nfl). "I'm not signing a tender," Gray said. "I'm going to try to go somewhere else before I sign a tender here. I'm quite sure Jacksonville won't match (an offer from another team). It doesn't look too bright for me in Jacksonville right now."

Gray is looking to become a starter, and now there is another QB in FA that can help Quinn Fall to us.

Nobody is going to sign him as a starter, thats for sure. But he is a talented QB who would be well served by getting out of Jacksonville and somewhere he has a legitimate shot of climbing the ladder.

Quinn IS a talented QB, always lite it up during preseason too.. no one will sign him as a starter... i actually think he would have a hard time being a 2nd stringer on about 60-70% of the teams in the NFL, he wont be a starter next season though... He wont get that big money that he may be looking for...
