I think it was a 3rd and 7th this year, and a 3rd next year. Posted on ESPN.com

The Ravens and Bills agreed to a trade Thursday that will send running back Willis McGahee to Baltimore in exchange for the team's third and seventh-round picks in this year's draft, along with the Ravens' third-round pick in 2008, league sources tell ESPN.com's Michael Smith.

I dont think Willis was that good personally. He is 25 but an injury away from being done forever. He injury was up there for the worst I have ever seen. I think this a downgrade for the Ravens.

At least we wont have to face him twice a year, because when he's on, he's on.

So Wes Welker, a KR/PR/3rd WR nets us a 2nd and 7th, and McGahee, a solid starting RB gets the Jills a 3rd and 7th?? Did we make out or what??

I was just thinking the same thing. McGahee can be a lethal player. I think the Bills come up way short in this trade.

Cause RB's do not have a lot of trade value. First they wear down the fastest plus there are a lot of good RB's in the NFL. And a good to decent RB can look great behind a good OL thats just how it is. To me right now the only great RB is LT right now, he is one of those Backs that u don't see a lot. Look at how good Edge looked after he went to Arz. I even lost track of how many 1000 yard rushers Denver has had in the past 10 years. Same can be said about Holmes he was an average to good RB till he went to KC with there great line. Even Blaylock looked like a pro bowler behind that line, till he left and then was not to much at all.

The Bills are bipolar. One year they pick wisely and the next they pick poorly.

I'll admit I was a Henry fan and hate the Willis pick, but what has the guy really done??? I know he's a Miami guy and went to the U, but I think alot of you have that image of him in a orange uni still in your head.

Besides, his first year when he was fighting for a job, he's barely a top 15 back. He is a crappy blocker, has bad hands, and doesn't pick up the tough yards. What had he ever done against the Fins that made you fear him? Nothing. He made his career of crappy teams and the Jets.

The Bills got 3 picks (two first day ones), got rid of a me first guy, he was gonna walk next year, and the Bills don't have to pay a big $ deal with a rb with a knee that could go at any moment. It was a good deal.

I think he will be solid for the Ravens but RBs like Willis are a dime a dozen.

I agree I like the trade to get that much off an AVG RB was a win in this Bills fans eyes. Maybe I will be saying welcome to Buffalo Lynch come the 12 pick of the draft.
