John Clayton (http://www.kffl.com/link/125), of ESPN.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/9), reports the Seattle Seahawks (http://www.kffl.com/team/33/nfl) have signed free agent S Deon Grant (http://www.kffl.com/player/279/nfl) (Jaguars) to a six-year contract worth more than $30 million. The deal included what is believed to be the largest signing bonus ever given to an NFL (http://www.kffl.com/team/77/nfl) safety.

Looks like they've replaced Hamlin. Who else was he rumored to have interest in except for re-signing with Seattle, or going to Miami? Time to bring this guy in. But wow @ Grant getting that much. I hope that doesn't mean we'd have to break the bank for a damn safety.

Oh REGGIE NELSON UM WE'LL TAKE YOU if the price tag for a frickin safety is that much. Wow that's insane. It makes Donte Stallworth look like a bargain.
