I was p!ssed when I wrote about my bad experience yesterday concerning Sears and a big heavy A/C I had to purchase and set (it didn`t work). After typing the fairly long description of yesterday`s screw-up, I somehow erased the ^&$!$%*%! post. Now I`m REALLY %@!*^#!$&^&&^%#%^&^$%!.............:yell: :fire:

ok....I feel better now. Wait a minute....^$@!*&%$!@$....ok, NOW I feel better.

A 12,500 btu a/c is... @!#^&%*$#...HEAVY! (nobody around yesterday to help). From now on, I`m gonna make the people at the... @!$#&%(*%... store test a heavy appliance before I take it home!!! That`s the 2nd time that`s happened with a Sears heavy appliance!^$@*&(%#!!!

Isn't it funny how every time you need help with something heavy (moving furniture,etc...) friends have stuff to do?

If the second one didn`t work, I was gonna shoot it, smash it and bury it at sea. :D

:cap: man, you mention A/C, i've got a lulu! i've been fighting a damn drainage leak ever since i moved in here. the people that built this house didn't have the copper nipple for the drain centered in the sheet metal housing, so they slip fitted a piece of pvc over the copper. it felt like it was threaded on but was leaking from between the copper nipple and the pvc fitting! i feel so dumb to have been fighting with this for 25 years, and finally have someone come out and tell me it wasn't hooked up right!:yell:

Hope you get AC soon Capt. It's murder here right now. If only winter lasted forever.

06, this sounds like a problem with a Zen solution.
