VIKES DON'T WANT QUINN?
If quarterback Brady Quinn gets past the Browns at No. 3, he could end up sliding all the way to No. 9, to the Dolphins. Though many believe that he'd be taken by the Vikings at No. 7, word is that the Vikings don't want him.
Last year, Minnesota traded up in round two in order to get Tarvaris Jackson, and it's too early to give up on him.
With that said, we're hearing that the Vikes would consider bumping Jackson to the curb if JaMarcus Russell could be reeled in.

if he gets past cleveland , HES OURS.

Another stupid Quinn thread ? I can't wait till he is picked tomorrow by Cleveland to stop this nonsense !!

No, Brady Quinn could NOT very well be a dolphin . Quit dreaming, and take down the sticky Brady Quinn posters in your bedroom.. j/k

Here's Cleveland's coach on the podium saying they will take Quinn with their pick (click on the left side of the page where it show's Crennel - draft special etc) .. hehe

Quinn is going to Cleveland.
If the Fins want him they have to trade up to Detroit.
Also bad news- Detroit will draft Beck with their 2nd round pick.

I heard on a local radio station down here in S Fla that if CJ is picked up that Tampa may go after Quinn.

I could be wrong but doesn't Tampa have 5 quarterbacks?

And yes I few prayers tonight wouldn't hurt. I'd die if we got Quinn, but nothing ever works out for us Fin Fans.

While it's true that Cleveland could quite possibly take Brady Quinn I hope you're not basing your decision on that video. If you are then that's pretty foolish. If Oakland takes Jemarcus Russel our chances of getting Quinn are slim to none unless the Browns take Peterson. If the Raiders take Calvin Johnson then our chances of getting Brady Quinn are extremely good assuming the Bucs don't actually draft him.

I bet Randy Mueller feels a bit like he's about to have 15 round Heavyweight Championship fight tomorrow. I wonder what he's thinking about now. He probably should just get a massage or something, watch the Heat for a little while and go to bed. Gotta have him sharp as a tack tomorrow and ready to wheel and deal like a Texas horse trader if he needs to.

Let's DO IT Randy and Cam !!! Get 'er done !!! :D

You have something better to talk about on the eve of the draft? While I agree that the number of Quinn threads is excessive, getting him or not getting him will be a big deal to a lot of fins fans. That and every possible topic we could discuss has been discussed to death in the past months. Doesn't mean you need to come into each thread and post your garbage about Romeo Crennel saying they'll draft Quinn or making comments about "sticky Quinn posters." If you don't wanna read about Brady Quinn then don't read the threads. That's the beauty of the internet. You have the ability to ignore things you don't want to read. And quite easily in fact. Just click on the back button on your browser, or better yet that little red x in the corner.

Keep Quinn give me Levi brown at #9 and the give me Stanton in the second round. trade C. Pepp for R. Moss straight up and get Trent Green in a trade.

I highly doubt we could get Randy Moss out of the Raiders for CPep. I highly doubt that we would want Randy Moss anyway. He's certainly not the same player he was before he went to the Raiders. He has the talent but he doesn't have any motivation. In Minny he played with a chip on his shoulder like he had something to prove. He wanted to be the best in the NFL. Now he just seems to not care. Not sure how much of that is playing with the Raiders and how much is just lethargy. But I know that I don't want him on my team.

I see what you are saying but i really think he just is on the wrong team once he gets to a team the will play to his strengths it will be fun for him again.

So true. The one year we get the 2nd pick just happens to be one of the worst draft classes in recent memory (at least in the top 5) and there were no legitimate franchise QB's.
Alex Smith is solid , but if he had come out last season or this draft he would be a late 1st-early 2nd rounder IMO.

That's the beauty of the internet. .

Exactly, so why are you bitc*ing if I have some laughs at your expense..

Actually the beauty of the internet is much more than that.. I have made a very nice living off the internet over the past 9 years, but that's another matter...

Anything is possible with the NFL Draft. I'm not betting the farm that he'll be a Dolphin come this time tomorrow, but anyone that says "there is no way Brady Quinn will be a Dolphin" is just a moron, plain and simple.

Sheesh, I hope not. I don't want Brady Quinn. He isn't any better than Kevin Kolb or Trent Edwards. I'd rather draft one of them at #40 and pick either Levi Brown or Tedd Ginn Jr at #9. They would help us "immediately".

Quinn wouldn't even be the backup. He would be the 3rd stringer. I'd rather get us an impact player for this year.

I hope that CLE picks Quinn at #3. C'mon, Ginn Jr or Brown!:cooldude:
