Last week, I believe, some man that was 86 years old ran over a bunch of people in an outdoor farmer's market in California. Now the question I am asking is should there be an age limit on driving? It seems alot of people as they get older lose some depth perception and make deadly(for others) judgement calls. I think once a person reaches the age of 65 he should have to take some sort of driving test to be able to reinstate his license. What do you guys think?:)

totally. My grandparents are 65 and 72 and they drive wonderful although a little slow but there are so many others that are dangerous to be on the road. There should be some sort of test just like the one you have to take when you are 16.

I agree old people should not have licenses when they reach a certain age. But, if they did that, no one in Miami would be driving. Bunch of old geezers live there.

My great grandpa is 87, works full time, and drives better than most people I know.

I say when u reach a certain age, like 70 I guess, u have to take another driving test to see where your skills are at.

All I know is that there shouldn't be a driving limit because everyone is different.

I say they need to test them more frequently after a certain age like say 70, maybe yearly or every other year, i know a guy who's 85 and never had an accident in his life while there's another who's 70 and would make Mad Max scream like a girl with his driving

I think once you reach like 70 you should have to take a small drivers test a small written test and most importantly make sure there eyes are ok and everything is working right up in the old noggin.

Heh not true. A friend of mine (16) who only has her permit, knocked down a flag pole at her high school. Now that was classic. :)
