I hope either of you topple the Patriots. Take notice of some of the things that the Chargers. Like getting in the face of the recievers but make sure you do more than kick field goals.

Right now, I think the Packers are better equipped to handle New England provided Favre starts out hot. Giants just don't have the secondary to compete with NE even though they came close.

I Agree 200%. You can't put a price on the post season experience.

Next thing you know, before the game begins a ref comes out onto the field and says "We are voiding the (insert NFC champion)'s season effective immediately and declaring the Patriots Super Bowl winners because we love them so much. Enjoy Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers because that's all we could arrange for this event."

If Eli comes to play, I could seriously see the Giants winning this. They're a surprisingly hard team.

Good point. The Giants could match up good with NE too. They almost beat them.

They could provided their original starting CB's return. Else, they'll have trouble covering WR's.

Yeah there's been 4 lead changes and Tom Coughlin looks like he's going to need a facial after tonight.

Coughlin should wear one of those bank robber masks that just have openings for your eyes and mouth....I have one of these which I wear here in Colorado in the Winter when I walk my dog. It might look funny but it keeps you warm.

I am rooting for the Giants because if Favre wins this and then beats Brady in the SB, Favre will be called the greatest QB ever and I will feel like puking.....OR If Brady beats Favre they will say Brady is the best ever and I will want to puke some more. Go Eli.

The NFL doesn't want the Giants and Eli in the SB.....they have it all set for Favre versus Brady. :D

Wonderful. The SB is Bill Bellicheat against Tom "I got too much sun while wearing sunglasses" Caughlin. Oh well, hopefully another Manning gets a ring.

Huh? Big brother won the superbowl last year (assuming you mean Manning)

Ah. Gotcha. I give him major props in fighting an uphill battle and making it. The New York media/fans are pretty difficult. Probably was a good thing they were on the road the entire time.

I'd gladly loan Feely back to the Giants if it'll mean that they beat the Patsies. I just hope that secondary can stay intact and play Brady the way they played the Packers. Just months older than Beck and already in the Super Bowl. Congrats to Eli. Bet Barber wishes he didn't retire so soon.

well, the main reason Eli gets so much crap is how he and his daddy acted going into the draft, and when the G-Men traded for him, it ended up giving the Chargers Merriman and Nick Hardwick (plus Rivers making the Pro Bowl last year, and Big Ben being one of the better QBs in the NFL doesn't help)

Well, at least now Eli can shake off that. Like Big Ben, he's led a team to a Super Bowl, thus validating his draft selection.

Big props to the Giants right now... I like how they match up vs the Pats if that secondary can hold up because the Giants pass rush is exceptional. Eli Manning is playing superb. Their experience vs the Pats in the final game of the regular season has really helped them get where they are... now lets just hope they can finish what they started in that final game when they were up by 10 in the 4th quarter. If they are in that same position again, two weeks from now, they will win.
