so far kirs jenkins, faneca, and now pace blowout all the signings we have made so far of course another year where every other team snags all the quality players and were left with the scraps, that makes my blood boil why in the hell did the jets have to get involved with signing pace thats so annoying, now i say we draft vernon gholston he will be a beast in the nfl but i bet the jets will draft him too....

are only a few players away from matching the Patriots. Many feel this is disillusionment because they have more holes than they think. I like their signings, but they will pay for this with the salary cap. It will bite them, mark my words.

Lee2000 I am actually relieved they didn't sign Pace at those numbers. It does keep the Dolphins in free agency mode.

They still have a lot of cap room, and the best cap guy in the NFL. They'll be fine.

IMO the Jets made some really good moves in signing Faneca and Pace. Jenkins is a pretty big gamble, though. In the past, he's been accused of being lazy at times. But at least he had another huge DT next to him. Now he's going to be lining up with the expectation that he'll take on a double team each and every play. For the Jets fan's sake I hope he works out.
