That's just wrong. The photographer has every right to accept what jobs they want to accept.

I don't agree with doctors who do the same thing, but this is the business' choice.

What happened to the right to refuse service?

This is a special human rights court. Now that they have ruled does it go through the regular appeals process? Hopefully so and the photographer wins.

I don't see this as going anywhere? This is one of those frivilous lawsuits.

To the Gay lady - find another photographer. Why go through this process?

There is no such "right"

it is illegal to refuse service to a person because of a class they may be in

stems from all those "no blacks allowed" establishments

if one is open for business to the public, then one cannot discriminate by class

lots of people died establishing the right of a member of the public to receive service without being discriminated against

I would think that, as a private business owner/operator I could pick and choose the clients that I would offer my services to. There are some gray areas in the above link. Friggin' hippies and their civil liberties really threw this country down the well. :shakeno:

no sir not at all

it was and is the racists and the bigots, those who think they are superior to others, those who think that rights under the Constitution are something that some people can pick and choose -

those are the people who hurt our country

your one liners may be fun at the bar but in actuality America has always been a revolution against people who think like you suggest
