I hope he slids to us. Does anyone think we will draft him?

I sure as hell hope we do. I would love if we got either him or josh barret, both are excellent players that for some reason have not been picked up yet. (anybody know why)

I hope we get him and that we can straighten the guy out mentally.

Have him hang out with Teddy Ginn for a week and have Teddy bring him to Jesus. LOL.. Maybe that will at least calm the guy the F down.

Nicks isn't that good. Why else would he drop this far? Don't tell me because of character issues because i've seen a lot worse guys then him get drafted already and they weren't projected as high. Nicks lacks good technique and his footwork is awful. He doesn't play with good leverage and will always struggle with speed rushers. You guys can't base everything on one youtube clip or what Mel Kiper says. I'm a Huskers fan. I live a mile from Memorial stadium and watched every game last season. Nicks has great size and some good tools but when it comes to actually playing, he's mediocre.

technique and footwork is coachable. i projected him at G. i think he had potential to be good inside.
